Introduction
Our gardening group has a range of activities from visits to each other’s gardens, presentations, sharing gardening tips and problem solving and visiting famous and not so famous public gardens and shows. How the group develops is entirely up to its' members and we have a list of ideas to cover many years of activities.
You don't need to be an expert to join this group - an interest in gardening or wanting to start a garden is all that is needed - so that we can share our ideas and knowledge.

Event attendance
We have a sizeable membership of close to 50 members. That said, it is not often that all members will be able to attend due to other commitments, holidays or illness.
Thankfully most meetings will be able to accommodate all the members If a particular venue limits the number of participants, attendance will be on a first-come first-served basis and a reserve list will be started if required in case spaces become available.
Refreshments
This will depend on the circumstances. If at a venue where cakes are supplied by the venue, this is at your own cost if not included in the price. Members generally take turns to volunteer cake if a venue doesn't supply any or in support of a member hosting a meeting.
