The folk music group has been meeting since the start of our u3a - it's talented, humorous, supportive, lively & friendly.
It is an inclusive group, with both singers and instrument players (guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, mountain dulcimer, concertina and diddly-bo), covering a wide range of traditional and modern folk songs and self penned pieces.
Several group members have joined and formed splinter liaisons, e.g; Tin Soldiers and a seven member female group.
