Cost
- Our annual membership fee is £15, but reduced to £10 if you are a member of another u3a. This includes a contribution to the national organisation, the Third Age Trust (TAT).
- Membership of the individual interest groups are free, but some may need a contribution to expenses (e.g hall hire & refreshments etc.). Please refer to the individual interest group for more information.
- Our membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March. If joining during the Membership year the fee amount is reduced as shown in the table below.

* If you are joining in February or March, these months are free together with payment of the next years subsciption. Effectively this will give you thirteen or fourteen months subscription for 12 months.
"Try before you buy"
If you are not a u3a member, we encourage you to "try before you buy" before you join.* This is limited to two free taster sessions to one of our Interest Groups.
